In 2014 Alexander Bischoff started as a partner of the Projectdeveloper Hermes EPC Group LLP in Schermbeck (http://hermes-epc-group.com), that is developing renewable energy projects for geothermal energy, waste, biomass, straw and others mostly abroad worldwide.
Within the Hermes EPC Group there is a pool of self-employed experts for many different subjects – covering the energy generation market.
In 2015 starting to support a german Contracting company
In 2015 Alexander Bischoff started to support a market leader within the Contracting Branche for the industrial energy-generation & ~supply- and consulting- and contracting-businesses.
Since 2014/15 Alexander Bischoff supports a few Merger&Acquisation Partners for M&A’s within the Energy-Industries.
With his excellent network in the Germany and especially in Federal State North Rhine-Westphalia NRW Alexander Bischoff is furthermore engaged i.e. in Recruiting Human Resources, consulting start-up companies for marketing/ sales of technical innovations.

1969 -1976 One year industrial placemant and 5 years studying mechanical engineer (Maschinenbau TH Darmstadt).
1976 until 2000 Employed in german companies BBC/ABB Mannheim (until 1989) and Babcock Oberhausen (until 2000).
2001 until 2014 Continously engaged from finnish companies for german market - like Fortum Engineering GmbH, Helsinki/Hamburg, Kvaerner Power Oy, Helsinki, Metso Power Oy, Helsinki, and finally for Valmet Power, Helsinki. During this time he acted mostly as sales representative and countrymanager within the german waste-, biomass-and powerplant-market.
2009 – 2010 Alexander Bischoff supported furthermore the finnish Fortum Services Deutschland GmbH in Hamburg for launching better into the german market with IT-Software for O&M (Operation & Maintenance) and for Gasturbine services especially for the GE-series like 6FA, 9E a.s.o..
During that „finnish“ time several biomass-powerplant has been installed by his finnish principals like …
In 2014 this engagement for finnish companies ceased because of an lack of projects in the market after that german „Energiewende“ in 2011.
2014 This year I had a one-year-engagement for the portuguese Dry-Dust-Filter-Manufactoror Valmet Fabrics LTD, who started to learn know the german powerplant market.
During all these long-term engagements Alexander Bischoff built up an excellent network within the german energy-generation market.
